Get a taste of what one of my programs is like! I focus on weekly progression, but more importantly making the program work for YOU! The full benefits can only be felt when you get full access to Find Your Balance and my guidance that goes along with it, but these programs are a great way to test the waters!

This program is perfect for home workouts! All you need are dumbbells and some space to move around a bit.
