ABOUT ME

I am currently a Senior in college at Temple University. I am studying Marketing in the Fox School of Business and am excited to use my business knowledge to advance the health and fitness industry! I grew up playing sports, and never did I think I would love a barbell as much as I do now. With my career as a field athlete behind me, spending more time exercising and learning what ways I enjoy moving has been an extremely transformative process for me. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and I am passionate and eager to bring others along on this journey towards self-improvement and empowerment.
